Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards; prepare cold foods.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; monitor food quality during preparation.
• Set up and break down the workstation; maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs and safety incidents; maintain professional appearance.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals; adhere to quality expectations.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds as required.
• Perform other duties as requested by Supervisors.
