Job summary

Gateworth Group seeks a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technology strategy for a fast-growing investment management firm operating across private equity and venture portfolios. You will oversee software engineering, cybersecurity, TechOps and enterprise systems to deliver scalable, compliant technology across borders.

The role drives the rollout and optimisation of Workday ERP, builds resilient cloud infrastructure, and partners with senior leadership to align technology with investment

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology organisations in financial services or regulated industries.
• Hands-on ERP leadership with Workday rollout and optimisation.
• Strong cloud infrastructure and security framework knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across investment, operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high performing teams across software engineering, cybersecurity, TechOps and enterprise systems.
• Own the technology strategy, architecture and long term roadmap aligned to operations.
• Oversee Workday ERP rollout, integration and optimisation.
• Drive engineering best practices, delivery standards and platform reliability.
• Strengthen cybersecurity posture, governance and risk management per regulatory expectations.
• Build scalable cloud environments to support analytics and portfolio management systems.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure technology supports investment operations and client facing functions.
• Implement robust incident management, disaster recovery and business continuity frameworks.
• Introduce modern tooling, automation and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and resilience.
• Manage vendor relationships, technology budgets and strategic partnerships.
