Job summary

FallenAmbers seeks a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead technology strategy, digital transformation and product innovation across global markets. You will work closely with the CEO and board to align technology with business goals.

You will oversee architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity and data initiatives while guiding cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technology leadership roles.
• Proven CTO/VP Engineering/Head of Technology experience.
• Strong cloud, enterprise systems and security background.
• Experience leading global teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap.
• Lead large cross-functional engineering and IT teams.
• Oversee software architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and data platforms.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and scalability.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regional and international regulations.
• Manage technology budgets, vendors and partnerships.
• Mentor senior leaders and build a high-performance culture.
