Qualifikationen

• Native crypto market knowledge and ability to speak credibly with CMOs about campaign economics.
• Hunter sales mindset with ability to source leads and own the pipeline end-to-end.
• Experience managing multiple KOL relationships, negotiations, fulfilment tracking, and performance reviews.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales pipeline from prospecting to signed deals with crypto sponsors, KOLs, and affiliates.
• Build an active prospect list via Telegram BD communities, Crypto Twitter, conferences, and contacts.
• Manage concurrent KOL deal flows with clear timelines, deliverables and communications.
• Coordinate with content and operations teams to ensure sponsor integrations are fulfilled on time and to brief.
• Deliver detailed post-campaign reports showing ROI to sponsors and prospects for renewals.
• Aim to hit a monthly revenue target of $150k+ with milestones in the first 90 days.
