Job summary

FinTop Consulting is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead crypto-focused partnership and client growth initiatives across targeted MENA markets, including the UAE. Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles in crypto, fintech, or trading (FX/CFD experience also considered).
• Strong understanding of the crypto/digital assets landscape, trends, and regulatory environment in MENA.
• Proven track record of building and managing high-value partner relationships.
• Existing network of contacts within the crypto/trading ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, trading volume, and active client growth for crypto products across targeted MENA countries.
• Execute growth strategy via Introducing Brokers (IBs), strategic partners, and regional business development initiatives.
• Identify and onboard new partnerships to expand presence in emerging crypto and digital asset markets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with partners, leveraging existing networks to accelerate growth.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and market trends in the crypto/digital assets space across the region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless partner and client experience.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and commercial performance.
