Job summary

Bybit in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial control, reporting, tax, treasury and regulatory submissions for the exchange. You will partner with Compliance, Legal and Technology to ensure accurate financial reporting and robust controls.

The role involves coordinating external audits, managing banking relationships and ensuring timely regulatory filings in a fast-paced, regulated crypto environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong experience in financial control, reporting and tax compliance.
• Experience coordinating external audits, tax advisers and regulators for a crypto or regulated financial institution.
• Proven ability to manage multi-entity, cross-border operations and complex accounting policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close with accurate reporting across entities.
• Prepare IFRS financial statements and consolidated accounts when required.
• Oversee treasury, banking relations and cash-flow forecasting.
• Manage regulatory reporting, capital monitoring and compliance with tax obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisers and regulators and respond to inquiries.
