Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial management, audits, or regulatory compliance in a regulated industry.
• Experience with virtual asset regulations or crypto/fintech is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS financial reporting and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management in line with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with the Dubai virtual asset compliance framework.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and tax/legal teams.
• Monitor liquidity and treasury management within crypto/fiat operations.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS.
