Job summary

Bybit Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks a Financial Research Analyst (Crypto Assets) to lead research on crypto projects across the U.S. and APAC, evaluating credibility, moat, business model and adoption.

You will produce data-driven reports to support listing decisions and track regulatory changes affecting valuation. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in crypto or financial analysis, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Minimum 3 years of crypto research or related financial analysis experience.
• Prior experience in U.S. or APAC markets is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and analysis of crypto asset projects across the U.S. and APAC markets with data-driven insights.
• Conduct due diligence on listing candidates and produce structured reports.
• Monitor regulatory developments in the U.S. and major APAC jurisdictions and assess impact on valuation.
• Build evaluation frameworks covering tokenomics, on-chain data, benchmarking, and market positioning.
• Track capital flows, institutional activity, and market sentiment; deliver strategic intelligence reports.
