Job summary

Binance Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Product Compliance Manager to lead senior-level regulatory compliance for new products and features. The role focuses on ensuring alignment with FSRA requirements and providing strategic guidance across product teams.

You will liaise with FSRA authorities, conduct risk assessments, draft compliance policies, and train staff across cross-functional teams, ensuring ongoing adherence to regulatory expectations and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in regulatory compliance within fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Deep familiarity with FSRA rulebooks GEN, COBS, MIR, etc.
• Proven track record engaging regulators on product compliance.
• Strong ability to organize rulebook gap analyses and risk assessments.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new products and features for FSRA compliance.
• Act as regulatory liaison for product proposals and approvals.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and testing.
• Develop and maintain product compliance plans with cross-functional teams.
• Draft and update internal compliance policies and monitoring controls.
• Provide staff training and support on product compliance.
• Assist with internal compliance audits.
