You will own Puffy.com's brand narrative, voice, and conversion content strategy, with PDPs and landing pages prioritized. You will guide brand voice and conversion messaging for email and social, collaborating with the teams responsible for those channels.

A CRO Copywriter will report to you. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who writes conversion copy, builds AI workflows, and can demonstrate commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Own Puffy.com's brand narrative, voice, and conversion content strategy, with PDPs and landing pages as priorities.
• Guide brand voice and conversion messaging for email and social, working with channel teams.
• CRO Copywriter will report to you.
• Write exceptional conversion copy, build AI workflows, and demonstrate commercial impact.
• Translate product features and customer concerns into a simple, persuasive buying argument.
