Job summary

CSi (Customer Strategy Intelligence) within Landmark Group is seeking an Assistant Manager, Content Production to craft on-brand copy across CRM, digital, social, in-store, and partnerships. You will drive day-to-day marketing execution while ensuring content quality and alignment with campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Content & Creative Manager, and the Loyalty Strategy & Growth team to deliver cohesive messaging and impactful customer experiences across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio of published copy across multiple channels is required.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or content marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own copywriting across CRM (email, push, SMS, app), social media, in-store collateral, and partnership materials.
• Translate campaign briefs into finished, channel-ready copy, including headlines, body copy, CTAs, captions, and scripts.
• Adapt tone of voice and messaging across audiences, channels, and lifecycle stages.
• Develop content in English and Arabic with linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Proofread and quality-check all copy to ensure brand alignment.
