CSi (Customer Strategy Intelligence) within Landmark Group seeks an Assistant Manager of Content Production to craft on-brand copy for CRM, digital, social, in-store, and partnerships, while driving day-to-day marketing execution and campaign delivery.

The role focuses on maintaining brand voice, ensuring linguistic accuracy in English and Arabic, and collaborating with the Loyalty Strategy & Growth team and wider marketing to move campaigns forward.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong portfolio of published copy across multiple channels
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, or content marketing is advantageous

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting across CRM, email, push, SMS, app, social media, in-store collateral and partner materials
• Translate briefs into channel-ready copy: headlines, body, CTAs, captions, scripts
• Adapt tone of voice across audiences and lifecycle stages
• Develop content in English and Arabic with linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
• Proofread and quality-check copy for brand guidelines and editorial standards
• Support campaign content plans across CRM, digital, social, in-store and OOH
• Coordinate content calendars and timelines with agencies and vendors
• Manage scheduling and publishing across owned channels
• Track logistics and flag timeline risks
• Write and localize CRM communications for personalized customer journeys
• Ensure messaging consistency across CRM and digital touchpoints
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance to improve engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
