Job summary

Uniestate Properties is seeking a proactive CRM Officer to manage a dedicated customer portfolio and oversee end-to-end client communications through every stage of the ownership journey. You will coordinate documentation, payments, and handovers, while leveraging Salesforce and AI tools to improve follow-up and reporting in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of UAE real estate post-sales or CRM experience.
• Experience handling collections, payment plans, SPAs, NOCs, and handovers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high volume of inquiries independently.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio and resolve inquiries, requests, complaints, and escalations.
• Maintain regular customer communications and timely follow-ups.
• Handle multiple cases with accurate records and deadlines.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment issues and plans.
• Review SOAs, payment plans, and receipts.
• Coordinate SPA, addendums, Oqood, NOCs, and other documents.
• Support resale, mortgage, and early settlement processes.
• Liaise with Registration, Finance, Projects, and Community Management.
• Maintain CRM records in Salesforce or equivalent.
• Use AI tools and tracking methods to improve workflows.
• Monitor pending cases, escalations, and actions for timely resolution.
