Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a seasoned CRM/Retention Marketing professional to own lifecycle strategy across five markets in the UAE. You will lead email, SMS, WhatsApp and push campaigns in EN and AR, collaborating with the Growth Manager and Senior Ecommerce Manager.

You will bring 5-7 years of CRM/d2c experience, hands-on platform know-how (Klaviyo/CleverTap/MoEngage), and a track record in loyalty programs, with strong copywriting and data skills to drive retention and CLV.

Formación

• 5-7 years in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally in e-commerce/D2C.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Clevertap, MoEngage).
• Fluent in English and Arabic is a strong plus; data-literate for cohort/retention insights.
• Experience designing or running a loyalty program.
• Strong copywriting and multi-channel campaign execution.

Responsabilidades

• Own lifecycle campaign strategy and execution across all five markets.
• Segment customers and design retention and win-back flows.
• Design, launch and manage a loyalty/rewards program (when introduced).
• Coordinate with Merch Manager and Performance Marketing to align messaging.
• Report retention KPIs to the Senior Ecommerce Manager with Data Analyst input.
• Owns retention end to end, including targets.
• Test and optimize messaging, timing and offers by market/language (EN/AR).
• Brief and review creatives for lifecycle campaigns, keeping brand consistency.
