Job summary

instashop, based in Dubai, seeks a CRM and marketing automation expert to design and own the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, activation, retention, and loyalty triggers. You will act as the internal Braze super-user, orchestrating push, in-app, email and SMS campaigns.

Responsibilities include building dynamic segments from behavior and purchase data, ensuring data hygiene and regulatory compliance, and collaborating across Brand, Commercial and Performance to support launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of CRM and marketing automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end customer journey map with automated onboarding, activation, retention, win-back and loyalty triggers.
• Act as internal super-user and product owner for Braze, leveraging push notifications, in-app messages, email, and SMS.
• Analyze user behavior and purchase history to build dynamic segments and deliver personalized content to drive LTV.
• Oversee CRM data hygiene and regulatory compliance; collaborate with product/engineering to ensure accurate data flow into the CRM.
• Run continuous A/B tests on subject lines, send-times, content, and channels to improve open rates, CTRs and conversions.
• Partner with Brand, Commercial, and Performance teams to support category launches, localized promotions, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports on retention metrics (Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Frequency, Repeat Purchase Rate).
