The role requires 8+ years in customer service, with at least 5 in leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• DOH Licensed Dental Lab Technician.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer service team and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Resolve escalated complaints and ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.
• Establish and enforce service protocols and performance standards.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for case follow-up and issue resolution.
