Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of Core PHP and Laravel development experience.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, database optimization, and SQL queries.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience integrating website forms and external lead sources into CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Develop secure backend modules and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems (Call Center, WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Landing Page Forms, MasterPlan).
• Implement lead assignment and routing based on business rules, agent KPIs, workload, and availability.
• Create and manage automated cron jobs for lead distribution, notifications, reporting, and data synchronization.
• Perform data migration, database optimization, and system upgrades.
• Develop CRM modules including Lead Management, Workflow Automation, Reporting Dashboards, and RBAC.

Role Scope

We are looking for a CRM Developer with strong experience in Core PHP and Laravel to develop, maintain, and enhance our custom CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM development, API integrations, workflow automation, and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Develop secure backend modules and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems, including Call Center solutions, WhatsApp API, SMS Gateways, Email Services, Landing Page Forms, and MasterPlan.
• Implement lead assignment and routing based on business rules, agent KPIs, workload, and availability.
• Create and manage automated cron jobs for lead distribution, notifications, reporting, and data synchronization.
• Perform data migration, database optimization, and system upgrades.
• Develop CRM modules, including Lead Management, Workflow Automation, Reporting Dashboards, and Role-Based Access Control.
• Ensure data validation, duplicate prevention, and secure handling of incoming leads.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and security.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve CRM workflows.

Required Skills And Qualifications
