Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Core PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, database optimization, and SQL queries.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Experience integrating website forms and external lead sources into CRM systems.
• Experience with lead assignment logic, workflow automation, and CRM processes.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Call Center, and MasterPlan.
• Experience creating and managing cron jobs and scheduled tasks.
• Strong frontend development skills using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Develop secure backend modules and responsive frontend interfaces.
