Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a CRM Developer to design, develop, and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP and Laravel. The role focuses on API integrations, workflow automation, and lead management while ensuring data security and scalable code.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Core PHP and Laravel development, strong MySQL optimization skills, and a solid understanding of MVC architecture. Collaboration with internal teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 3–5 years in Core PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong MySQL/database optimization knowledge and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, JSON, and third‑party integrations.
• Experience integrating website forms and external lead sources into CRM.
• Experience with lead assignment logic, workflow automation, and CRM processes.
• Experience integrating WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Call Center, and MasterPlan.
• Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js.
• Understanding of MVC architecture and software development best practices.
• Strong problem‑solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a custom CRM platform using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Develop secure backend modules and responsive frontend interfaces.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third‑party systems.
• Implement lead assignment and routing based on business rules and KPIs.
• Create and manage automated cron jobs for lead distribution, notifications, reporting, and data sync.
• Perform data migration, database optimization, and system upgrades.
• Develop CRM modules including Lead Management, Workflow Automation, and dashboards.
• Ensure data validation, duplicate prevention, and secure handling of incoming leads.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and security.
• Write clean, scalable, and well‑detailed code.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and improve CRM workflows.
