Job summary

A&A Associate seeks a detail-oriented CRM/Compliance Executive to ensure accurate CRM data across Marketing, Prequalification, and Sales. You will bridge teams to capture, assign, and progress leads through the pipeline in line with procedures.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or Salesforce, strong lead management and data quality skills, and will prepare regular compliance and performance reports for management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM operations, Sales Operations, CRM Compliance, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, including data analysis and discrepancy identification.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit CRM records for accuracy, completeness, and data entry quality.
• Review leads and opportunities for duplicates or incomplete information.
• Monitor lead assignment, response times, follow-up activity, and overdue actions.
• Ensure CRM processes are followed and lead management procedures are adhered to.
• Verify lead statuses, call notes, and opportunity stages reflect actual interactions.
• Identify inactive or unattended leads for follow-up or reassignment.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Prequalification to ensure leads are captured and assigned.
• Cross-check marketing campaigns against CRM for missing or mis-tagged leads.
• Monitor campaign source, attribution, and deal values for accuracy.
• Track lead movement across Marketing → Prequalification → Sales and identify gaps.
• Prepare regular CRM compliance and performance reports for management.
• Highlight data issues and process gaps to department heads.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Prequalification to resolve CRM issues.
• Maintain documentation of CRM procedures and data management standards.
• Support CRM training and onboarding for new employees.
• Assist in improving CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
