Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an IT engineer in Abu Dhabi to implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC, support installations, upgrades, and documentation, and collaborate with business units to define requirements.

You will lead NAV projects, conduct process reviews, and provide training and technical support onsite and remotely. Strong English skills and跨-functional communication are essential for success in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years Dynamics NAV implementing and functional experience including CRM.
Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Dynamics NAV implementations with latest updates.
Certification in Dynamics NAV, preferred.
Experience and willingness to take on Leadership role on new projects and for existing clients.
Experience participating in Work Scoping & Estimation for new projects.
Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees including C-level.
Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
Website/E-commerce site maintenance skills.
Strong customer relationship skills.
English: Fluent.

Responsibilities

Implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 BC and its add-on products.
Install, train, upgrade, configure, support, and document NAV/D365 BC.
Collaborate with business units/users to define and document requirements.
Provide onsite and offsite consulting for NAV clients.
Analyze business requirements and issues using the Project Implementation Methodology.
Perform business process reviews and assist employees in training.
Create project plans, statements of work, and change orders.
Serve as a functional consultant and overflow for Help Desk support.
Collaborate with team members and outside resources on projects.
Identify areas for additional training and software development work.
Provide user training both remotely and onsite.
Design and install hardware configurations; install software and networking systems.
Troubleshoot hardware/software/networking issues and install security systems.
Maintain up-to-date security software and file monthly reports for IT Manager.
Ensure online stores are visually appealing and content-rich; QA website content and IT tasks supporting ecommerce.
