Job summary

Rubber World Industry LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks ERP support specialists with hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV experience. You will provide daily user support across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Warehouse modules, resolving issues and guiding end users.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT or CS, 2-5 years in ERP support, and knowledge of AL Language and extensions. Collaboration with developers and thorough documentation are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 2-5 years of ERP support or functional consulting.
• Working knowledge of AL Language and extensions/customizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to Business Central NAV users across Finance, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, Inventory, HR, Payroll and Warehouse modules.
• Troubleshoot posting errors, transaction issues and user access problems.
• Support Production and Warehouse teams with day-to-day ERP issues.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with ERP developers/consultants for technical issues and customizations.
