Job summary

Confidential Company in the UAE seeks two Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developers to support a UAE-based client on multiple Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives. Onsite with client delivery team, you will handle development, customization, integrations, BAU support, data migration and AI-related initiatives.

Arabic and English fluency is mandatory. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, configuring entities, workflows, plugins, Power Platform integrations,

Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM development and solutioning
• Strong customization and configuration skills in Dynamics 365
• Experience with C#/.NET plugins, workflows, forms, entities and power platform
• Experience with REST/OData and SOAP web services and Azure services
• Data migration between legacy systems and Dynamics 365
• Onsite client-facing work in UAE, fluent Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize and maintain Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions
• Configure entities, forms, business rules and workflows
• Develop and maintain plugins using C# / .NET
• Build workflows and automation using Dynamics 365 and Power Automate
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and issue resolution
• Support UAT, go-live and post-go-live hypercare
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems
• Work with REST, OData APIs and SOAP web services
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services such as Functions, Logic Apps, APIM, App Services
• Support hybrid on-premises and cloud integration scenarios
• Develop and maintain Power Platform capabilities with Dynamics 365
• Assist data migration and validation activities
• Provide day-to-day BAU application support for the CRM platform
• Participate in AI integration initiatives and AI/ML-enabled services
