Job summary

Bonobos is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Application Specialist for an onsite Abu Dhabi assignment. The role requires 7+ years of functional experience, with strong Sales module expertise in Dynamics CRM/D365.

Prior manufacturing/B2B project context is preferred, with on-premises deployment knowledge. You will translate business processes into functional specs, lead requirements gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT, and drive project delivery while coordinating with business users,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 with Sales module expertise.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably complex B2B/project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, including on-premises deployments.
• Ability to translate business processes into functional/technical specs.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, SIT/UAT, and project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience with CRM integrations (SAP/ERP) and Dataverse, workflows, security, and CRM customizations.
• Hands-on, proactive, and capable in fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and translate requirements into specifications.
• Manage SIT/UAT and ensure successful project delivery.
