Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER, a UAE-based retail group, is seeking a Crew member to maintain high customer service standards across its brands in Abu Dhabi. You will handle cash, assist customers, and contribute to sales through upselling while following brand recipes and safety guidelines.

The role requires 1-2 years in F&B, an English-speaking capability, and a High School diploma. The position offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in the same role.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Providing Customer Service including after sales service.
• Operate as a cashier and money handling accuracy using the POS machine.
• Upselling / Suggestive Selling to achieve budgeted Sales and ATV.
• Knowledge of all products, packaging and price.
• Follow daily Production Schedule and recipes per Brand standards.
• Prevent Cross Contamination at all times.
• Maintain high standards of House Keeping at workstation and display area.
• Assist in reducing theft and alert the manager as needed.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Adhere to grooming guidelines per brand standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Job Summary

The Crew is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring to deliver high standards of product quality. Must be able to perform all job functions of each crew position, including customer service, product preparation, cash accountability, food preparation and cleaning procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing Customer Service including after sales service.
• Operate as a cashier. It should be each employee's goal to use the POS machine without error and to be consistently accurate in money handling.
• Individual contribution in achieving budgeted Sales and ATV as per plans Execute Upselling / Suggestive Selling and Primarily responsible for providing Customer Service which includes after sales service.
• Knowledge of all the products, packaging and price.
• Responsible for following daily Production Schedule and follow all recipes, as per Brand standards.
• Prevents Cross Contamination at all given times.
• Maintain high standards of House Keeping at the workstation, product display area and back of house.
• Work towards reducing incidence of theft, shop lifting, and alert manager in any case of such.
• Ensure safe working practices at all times.
