Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER in the UAE seeks a friendly, customer-focused barista to prepare and serve coffee and tea, maintain a clean workspace and customer area, provide excellent service, and handle busy periods with composure.

You will work with managers and teammates to ensure quality beverages, proper hygiene and safety standards, maintain stock, liaise with kitchen staff, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience while enjoying career growth, training, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.
• Ability to use a manual coffee machine.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
• Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment and re-stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
• Correctly ordering, dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.
