Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is a UAE-based retail group with brands like Candylicious and Yogurtland. The team seeks a friendly barista to prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks, keep the workspace clean and stocked, and provide excellent service under pressure.

You should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, experience in food and beverage or customer service, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
• Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment and re-stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
• Correctly ordering, dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.
