The Crew Handling Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service to flight crews from their arrival at the terminal until they board the aircraft. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience while upholding the Jetex brand and image with professionalism and excellence.
As a Crew Handling Agent, you will provide quality service to the crew by maintaining a pleasant, professional, and friendly attitude. You will meet and greet the crew arriving at the FBO terminal, managing their passports, documentation, and requirements while coordinating with the operations team to ensure meticulous planning and organization. Your responsibilities include coordinating crew and luggage movement inside and outside the FBO terminal, handling feedback courteously, and communicating crew needs to relevant Jetex departments. Additional duties may be assigned by the Line Manager, and you must adhere to documented procedures, retaining relevant evidence of your role's performance. Employees are expected to exercise their duty of care, be aware of health and safety responsibilities, and comply with the organization's policies and procedures.
To succeed in this role, you must have a high school degree and 2-3 years of experience in passenger handling or airport check-in. Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required, while bilingual proficiency is an advantage. Basic IT skills, including MS Office, and excellent customer service skills are also essential.
