Job summary

ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced Ramp Agent to support our Fixed Based Operation. You will perform aircraft towing, push-backs, servicing, loading and unloading baggage, and coordinate with the Ramp Supervisor to ensure timely departures.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 2 years of aviation experience, and a UAE driving license. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus. You will work independently yet as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in aviation or ramp operations.
• Possess a valid UAE driving license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform all ramp duties as directed by Ramp Supervisor.
• Carry out aircraft towing, push-backs and servicing.
• Load/off-load and transport passenger and crew luggage.
• Accident and incident reporting and liaison with flight operations.
• Ensure equipment availability and serviceability at shift start.

Description

As Ramp agent you will be responsible for tasks such as performing aircraft towing and push- backs. Loading and unloading freight, delivering luggage to passengers, and servicing the aircraft as needed.

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Posses a valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work under time constraint.
• Ability to carefully follow policy and procedures.

Background

Aviation background & Experience is essential

Languages

Responsibilities

• Perform all ramp duties as directed by the Ramp Supervisor.

• Liaise with Senior CSA to determine details and flight requirements.
• Serviceability reporting and recording of ramp equipment.
• Ensuring efficient, effective and hygienic methods of sanitary removal and sanitary services.
• Check, at the commencement of the shift, that all ground equipment used in the movement of aircraft is available and serviceable.
• Ensure aircraft are positioned on time and safely for departures and arrivals.
• Monitor all tasks and assignments according to schedule and procedures daily.
• Assist Senior Ramp Agent where needed with setup and arrangements.
• Ensure that aircraft movements and details are reported effectively.
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved.
