Hilti Emirates is seeking a Credit & Collection Specialist to manage cash flow, customer accounts, and collections. You will partner with customers, Sales, and Finance to ensure timely payments and reduce risk in a field-based role.

You will evaluate credit applications, implement collection policies, and negotiate terms with stakeholders while maintaining strong customer relationships. UAE presence required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Financial Analysis, Credit & Collections, or similar.
• Experience evaluating financial information and risk analysis.
• Strong Excel and SAP proficiency.
• UAE driving license.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Collaborative, cross-functional working style.
• Proactive mindset to improve processes.

Mansioni

• Manage customer account reconciliations and respond to inquiries about invoices and balances.
• Review and assess customer credit applications and financial information.
• Support credit and collection policy implementation balancing service with timely collection.
• Monitor customer credit exposure with Sales and Finance teams.
• Negotiate credit and payment terms when required.
• Provide visibility on receivables and account status to stakeholders.
• Support payment plan discussions to minimize bad debt.
• Identify risks and escalate with recommended actions.
• Contribute to process improvements in collection activities and controls.
