Aramex is seeking a Credit Officer in Abu Dhabi to drive timely collections and safeguard cash flow. You will monitor customer balances, coordinate with the sales team, and manage difficult accounts to support business targets.

The role requires at least one year in collections, strong Excel skills, understanding of accounting principles, and a valid driving license. You will collaborate across teams, escalate issues, and help reduce bad debt while maintaining professional client relationships.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in collections or credit role.
• Proficient in MS Excel with good numeric skills.
• Familiarity with accounting principles is a plus.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily activity of sales team and recommend collection follow-ups.
• Identify collection challenges to prevent overdue accounts.
• Escalate problematic cases to sales and follow up.
• Support executives in achieving monthly collection targets.
• Manage payments on challenging accounts to reduce bad debt.
• Work with sales to resolve disputes and process amendments.
• Calculate and share bad debt provision estimates with sales.
• Coordinate client visits with the sales team as needed.
