Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to own payer enrollment for Nourish network providers, including Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Therapists and RDs. You will optimize processes, implement SOPs, and support cross-functional teams to ensure timely credentialing.

You will contribute to automation efforts, track metrics, and coach the credentialing team while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in payer enrollment or credentialing.
• Familiarity with payer enrollment across provider types.
• Clear communication and collaboration abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable to new technologies and processes.
• Flexible and able to handle new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building the credentialing program for Nourish network providers.
• Own end-to-end payer enrollment applications for new and existing providers.
• Streamline credentialing processes through automation and tooling.
• Develop and implement SOPs for payer enrollments and credentialing.
• Manage and uptrain the contract credentialing team.
• Track and report credentialing and payer enrollment metrics.
• Provide direct support to dietitians and payers.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
