Job summary

Nourish, the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, seeks a Licensing Operations professional to own the end-to-end cycle of provider licensing across the U.S. You will streamline processes for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience.

• 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, or healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with state licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists.
• Meticulously organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build processes from the ground up.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end cycle of licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S.
• Streamline existing licensing processes and suggest automation or new tools
• Develop and implement SOPs for new state or provider licensing
• Manage and uptrain the contract licensing team
• Track licensing metrics and report on progress and roadblocks
• Provide direct licensing support and communication to Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, and therapists
