Job summary

Local Infusion seeks a seasoned payer operations professional to lead onboarding and enrollment initiatives across new locations in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

You will design scalable workflows, drive process improvements with Revenue Cycle, Operations, and Growth teams, and translate data into actionable insights to accelerate enrollment and payment accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payer operations, credentialing, provider enrollment, or revenue cycle operations.
• Experience ideally within a high-growth health-tech start-up.
• Proven project management skills with experience leading implementations or onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the payer onboarding and implementation process, working cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate setup.

• Diagnose operational inefficiencies by synthesizing data and recommending targeted improvements.
• Manage payer enrollment for new locations, including fee schedule uploads, EDI/EFT, clearinghouse enrollment, and provider credentialing.
• Apply project management skills to ensure partners follow best practices and deliver on time.
• Develop and share performance insights with internal teams, collaborating on opportunities and challenges.
• Identify and execute process improvements in collaboration with Revenue Cycle, Enterprise Growth, and Operations teams.
