Job summary

Legion Health in Dubai is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator to manage clinician credentialing, payer enrollment, and recredentialing processes. You will collect licenses, registrations, and malpractice coverage, and maintain provider profiles in CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, and payer portals.

The role requires 2+ years in credentialing or healthcare administration, meticulous attention to NPIs, TINs, taxonomy codes, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, or healthcare administration.
• Hands-on experience with CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, or commercial payer portals.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding NPIs, TINs, and taxonomy codes.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM-5:30 PM Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initial credentialing, payer enrollment, and recredentialing for clinicians.
• Collect and organize provider documentation including licenses, DEA registrations, and malpractice coverage.
• Maintain provider profiles in CAQH ProView, NPPES, PECOS, and commercial payer portals.
• Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications and roster additions.
• Follow up with payer representatives via phone, email, and portals to resolve stalled applications.
• Support the payer-contracting lifecycle including agreement intake and signature routing.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for provider application status and contract effective dates.
• Coordinate with revenue cycle, finance, and billing teams to ensure billing readiness.
• Monitor licenses and recredentialing deadlines to prevent interruptions in participation.
• Identify recurring issues and improve workflows through better templates and documentation.
