Job summary

Bicycle Health is seeking a Credentialing and Payor Enrollment specialist to manage provider enrollment processes for payors and ensure timely submissions of licensure, contracts and tax information.

The role supports enrollment issue resolution and CAQH re-attestation, with emphasis on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in credentialing and payor enrollment.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health plans.
• Proficiency with the PECOS system.
• Experience with major payors like UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Submit all required documents (licenses, contracts, tax info) to payors.
• Serve as the point of contact for enrollment issues, rejections, or discrepancies.
• Monitor and track revalidation deadlines to prevent reimbursements disruptions.
• Maintain records and provide reports on enrollment status.
• Ensure timely re-attestation of CAQH profiles.
