Job summary

AIM World is seeking a senior strategy lead to bridge brand strategy and creative execution in Dubai. You will steer tentpole campaigns for Tier-1 brands, author compelling briefs, and defend ideas through production.

You will also craft case studies and POVs that advance the practice, while writing clearly and publicly in long-form formats to engage global audiences.

• Six+ years in agency strategy with shipping work for global brands.
• Comfort writing — long-form, sharply, in public.
