Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. in Dubai seeks a hands-on Creative Specialist - Design to translate brand direction into compelling concepts for local audiences.

You will design, edit and animate across campaigns, social, packaging and retail, driving visual storytelling with strong typography and brand identity. You will shape visual expression, develop packaging, VM and retail concepts, and leverage AI to enhance image and video concepts while delivering assets at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in multidisciplinary design, graphic or motion design, art direction or a related creative discipline.
• A portfolio showing original ideas, strong design craft and proven video-editing and animation skills.
• Hands-on proficiency in design, image editing, video and motion tools, alongside practical generative AI experience.
• The ability to develop packaging, retail and VM concepts through compelling mock-ups.
• Confidence presenting ideas, responding to direction and delivering polished work independently.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required

We're looking for a hands-on, multidisciplinary creative who combines original thinking with exceptional design craft to create work that connects with local consumers.

Reporting to the Creative Manager, you'll translate brand direction into compelling concepts and visual storytelling across campaigns, social, digital, packaging and retail - personally designing, editing and animating the work.

What you'll do

• Build the idea: Develop original concepts, visual territories and key visuals that bring brand stories to life with local relevance.


• Shape the visual expression: Contribute art direction for photography and creative treatments, with a strong eye for composition, typography and brand identity.


• Design across touchpoints: Create graphics, packaging concepts, mock-ups and retail or visual merchandising applications that make the brand experience feel connected.


• Make it move: Personally edit short-form video and create motion graphics and animation that strengthen the story.


• Expand possibilities with AI: Explore image and video concepts, combining generative tools with design, retouching and editing to deliver polished creative.


• Set the standard for rollout: Build original assets and design systems, giving external partners clear direction to adapt the work consistently at scale.
