Job summary

Mumzworld is seeking a creative, organized social media lead to own our English channels, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, in Dubai. You’ll craft content that resonates with parents, stay on trend, and translate our brand into engaging, high-performing material.

You will collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, CRM, PR, and Brand to deliver campaigns, develop calendars, write captions, publish content, and analyze performance for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand.
• Excellent written English.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and trends.
• Experience creating content for Reels and short form video.
• Good eye for design, photography and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and scheduling platforms.
• Strong understanding of analytics and reporting.
• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of Mumzworld's English Instagram account and LinkedIn content.
• Build and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.
• Brainstorm and develop engaging content ideas aligned with brand campaigns and moments.
• Write engaging captions reflecting Mumzworld's tone of voice.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters, CRM, PR, and Brand.
• Create Instagram Stories, Reels, carousels, static posts, and community content.
• Identify trends and adapt content for the brand.
• Coordinate content production including photoshoots and short form video when needed.
• Publish content across platforms and ensure quality standards.
• Monitor comments and messages and coordinate responses with customer service.
• Track performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Recommend continuous improvements based on trends and analytics.
• Support influencer collaborations and user generated content initiatives.
• Ensure content reflects brand guidelines and maintains visual identity.
