Job summary

Marketing.MBA is looking for a full‑time Digital Content Executive in Dubai to own the end‑to‑end video production process—from concept and filming to editing, publishing, and optimization for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

You will work closely with the CEO to turn ideas into compelling stories, shape our visual identity, and deliver high‑quality content across formats. The role offers UAE visa sponsorship and occasional travel with the CEO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in videography, video production, or digital content creation.
• Reliable, structured working style with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and creative execution.
• Hands‑on experience with filming, editing, lighting, and sound.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Ability to take ownership of projects from idea through final delivery.
• Willingness to travel occasionally with the CEO, primarily within Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete content creation process from idea to publishing and optimization.
• Create high‑quality video content that strengthens our digital presence across platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, scripting, storyboarding, and planning.
• Plan and execute professional video shoots with proper setup and production prep.
• Edit videos with storytelling, pacing, sound design, and visual elements.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences; collaborate on thumbnails and assets.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide recommendations for future content.
• Stay updated on platform changes and trends to improve output.
