Jobgether, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks a Creative Lead – DTC & Performance Creative based in United Arab Emirates. You will own the creative production across agencies and internal teams, guiding performance-driven output for paid social across Meta and TikTok.

You will translate research and performance data into scalable systems, manage agency relationships, and drive ownership of customer acquisition and growth within a fast-moving DTC environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance creative, production, or agency management.
• Strong briefing and management of paid social creative for Meta and TikTok.
• Understanding of DTC/eCommerce and direct-response marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creative production across agencies and internal team.
• Lead agency relationships and biweekly performance reviews.
• Develop ~10 creative briefs per week using research and data.
• Oversee scripts, concepts, hooks, video edits, landing pages, and research.
• Provide actionable creative feedback to strategists, editors, designers, copywriters and partners.
• Manage creative workflows and tracking using Notion or similar tools.
• Research ads, reviews, competitors, and audience pain points to inform concepts.
• Analyze performance and identify concepts to test next.
• Translate insights into team updates and repeatable systems.
• Collaborate across teams to improve production efficiency and results.
