Responsibilities

• Client Account Management across CPC relationships.
• Review customer needs, validate understanding, and engage proactively.
• Advise CPC clients to mobilize funds and sell related products/services.
• Review product penetration and identify opportunities to enhance cross-sell.
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through client engagements and risk profiling.
• Organize CPC client events to strengthen relationships.
• Acquire new CPC customers through referrals.
• Compliance, Risk & Controls; adhere to KYC/AML and policies.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation and controls.
