Job summary

Citco in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Client Services leader to manage key relationships with asset managers and family offices. The role focuses on strategic communication, SLA negotiations, and monitoring deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-selling of Citco products, supervise Managers, and lead due diligence reviews and client visits, leveraging deep knowledge of multi-asset portfolios and advanced Office skills.

Qualifications

• University degree required in a relevant discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services.
• 2+ years formal people management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of multi-asset portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Proactive client relationship management for asset managers and family offices.
• Drive strategic communication and negotiate service level agreements (SLA).
• Monitor and manage client SLAs and operational deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling Citco products and services.
• Provide training and supervision to Managers on the Client Services team.
• Lead operational due diligence reviews and client visits.
