Job summary

Miral Experiences in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Costuming Assistant Manager to oversee daily wardrobe operations, inventory, and service provider teams across multiple touchpoints. You will ensure costuming readiness, maintain brand standards, and drive continuous improvement in asset utilization and cost optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field and 3–5 years in operations, hospitality, wardrobe or facilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3–5 years in operations, hospitality, wardrobe/costuming services, logistics, or facilities management.
Experience managing contractors or outsourced service providers.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Safety, compliance and operational excellence focus.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site contractor and service provider teams.
Ensure costuming facilities are ready (distribution, laundry, stores).
Maintain and improve processes, SOPs and service standards.
Induction, safety and training compliance for contractors.
Monitor attendance, grooming, task completion and workforce planning.
Drive asset utilization, inventory control and cost optimization.
Manage costume lifecycle including reuse, disposal and obsolete inventory.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Operations/Hospitality or related field
