Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is hiring a Costume & Wardrobe Attendant to manage daily wardrobe operations, including laundry, fittings, and maintenance. You will support performers with dressing and handle minor repairs while coordinating with a busy team and external vendors.

The role requires at least 2 years in wardrobe or costume roles, knowledge of sewing and fitting, and supervisory experience in a costume workroom. IP guidelines experience or hotel laundry background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in wardrobe or costume departments in Theme Parks, University, Cruise Lines or Live Theatre
• Knowledge of sewing/tailoring, cutting/fitting
• Supervisory experience managing a costume workroom
• Experience with character costumes under IP guidelines or hotel laundry uniforms

Responsibilities

• Manage daily costume and wardrobe operations, including laundry, pressing, fittings, repairs, and maintenance
• Assist performers and team members with costume preparation and dressing support
• Perform minor costume repairs, hand sewing, alterations coordination
• Organise and maintain uniforms and costumes per inventory and procedures
• Ensure costumes and makeup are cleaned, stored, and handled to required standards
• Maintain inventory records for costumes, wardrobe items, laundry supplies, and report low stock levels
• Coordinate with team leaders, supervisors, stage management, colleagues, and external vendors
• Follow health, safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work environment
