Job summary

AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC is seeking a Cost Clerk / Time Keeper for our Porsche Workshop in Al Quoz, Dubai. The role focuses on accurate timekeeping, labour and parts estimating, and ensuring jobs are completed within allocated times.

You will liaise with the parts department, support service advisers, and maintain safe working practices while upholding Porsche standards. Fluency in English and good computer skills are essential.

• Fluent verbal & written English
• Good Computer Knowledge
• Methodical & Organised, attention to detail

Responsibilities

• To obtain correct labour operation times from PIWIS
• Liaise with the parts department to obtain parts pricing and availability
• Prepare accurate labour and parts estimates for forwarding to service advisers to sell to customers
• Close job cards ready for invoicing and service adviser to deliver the vehicle
• Ensure warranty job cards are prepared and forward to warranty for processing
• Monitor estimate approvals to generate lost parts and labour sales reports
• Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the Porsche dealers
• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanics of all levels, team leaders and manufacturers' representatives
• Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organised Cost Clerk / Time Keeper to join our Porsche Workshop team in Al Quoz, UAE.

Job Purpose:

To maximise the efficient utilisation of the workshop by ensuring that all jobs are completed within the factory allocated time.

Accountabilities:
