Job summary

AL Nabooda Automobiles LLC in Dubai is seeking a Certified Audi Repair Technician to diagnose, repair and service Audi vehicles at our Dubai workshop. You will apply precision techniques in a fast-paced environment and ensure work meets high standards and safety requirements.

You will use advanced diagnostic equipment, perform complex repairs, coordinate with the service advisor, and document all work. The role offers competitive pay with performance bonuses and a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Must have Automotive Diploma and relevant training.
• Training in basic and advanced manufacturers processes is required.
• Experience with Audi vehicles is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults with diagnostic equipment and road-test after repairs.
• Overhaul, repair and re-assemble complex mechanical components on Audi vehicles.
• Coordinate with warranty department and complete service documentation.
• Maintain workshop safety, housekeeping and participate in continuous improvement.

Job Purpose

To diagnose, repair and service the range of Audi vehicles in accordance with principal work specifications, ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service. Ensure that work is completed to the highest possible standard and within agreed timescales to ensure customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Diagnosing: Using diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach to ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified. Check level and quality of work through use of diagnostic equipment and road‑testing vehicles after work has been carried out. Liaise with Service Advisor to advise on additional work and timescales for completion. Work with other workshop and Service Advisors colleagues to provide excellent customer service and share best practice.
• Repairs: Overhaul, repair and re‑assemble complex mechanical components as required. Identify and correct any wheel alignment problems.
• Warranty: Identify any work required that is covered by the warranty process. Ensure all documentation is complete and coordinate with warranty department. Complete relevant service documentation, job sheets, PDI s and Service Report in line with warranty and dealer requirements.
• Operational: Maintain workshop housekeeping standards at all times, including the use of special and personal tools. Ensure that all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others. Attend regular staff meetings using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or cost savings.
• Personal Development: Practice personal continuous improvement by attending any relevant courses. Assimilate information provided on new product lines and develop an understanding of the latest technology and how to diagnose and repair faults. Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company’s appraisal process.
