Job summary

FUJIFILM Middle East & Africa is seeking a Corporate Communications Specialist to drive clear, engaging messaging across the organization and elevate internal and external channels. You will own the intranet portal and create content bridging employees across all NOCs, while supporting events and campaigns to strengthen brand and culture.

The role requires 2–3 years in corporate communications, strong writing skills, and experience with Canva/PowerPoint and intranet management.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Experience managing an intranet or internal web portal, including creating and updating pages.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intranet web portal, including creating new pages as per department requests
• Develop and maintain intranet content to keep employees across all NOCs informed and connected
• Support internal and external communication strategies and campaigns
• Partner with departments across the organization to gather updates and share successes company-wide
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Assist with content creation for newsletters, announcements, and other internal communication channels
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events
• Support PR and external communication activities as needed
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors where required

Corporate Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Specialist to drive clear, engaging, and aligned messaging across our organization. In this role, you will elevate both internal and external communication channels, serving as a primary owner of our intranet web portal and creating compelling content that bridges employees across all NOC’s. Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and supporting internal team engagements and external corporate events to strengthen our brand and company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the intranet web portal, including creating new pages as per department requests
• Develop and maintain intranet content to keep employees across all NOCs informed and connected
• Support internal and external communication strategies and campaigns
• Partner with departments across the organization to gather updates and share successes company-wide
