Job summary

FFME FUJIFILM Middle East FZE is seeking a dynamic Corporate Communications Specialist to elevate messaging across our organization. You will manage internal and external communication channels, serving as a primary owner of our intranet web portal and creating compelling content that bridges employees across all NOC's.

Additionally, you will play a key role in planning and supporting internal team engagements and external corporate events to strengthen our brand and company culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate communications or a related field.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint and other simple design tools.
• Experience managing an intranet or internal web portal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intranet portal, including creating new pages as per department requests.
• Develop and maintain intranet content to keep employees informed and connected.
• Support internal and external communication strategies and campaigns.
• Partner with departments across the organization to gather updates and share successes company-wide.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist with content creation for newsletters, announcements, and other internal channels.
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events.
• Support PR and external communication activities as needed.
• Manage relationships with agencies and vendors where required.
