Job summary

Taqeef is seeking a dynamic Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Dubai-based team. The role focuses on sales data entry, ERP system tasks, and supporting the sales operations workflow with accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, customer service or admin, strong communication, and proficient MS Office and ERP experience. This is a hands-on, collaborative role offering growth within a leading company.

• Familiar with Odoo/NAV or ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered on time.
• Register customer opportunities in Odoo/NAV and ensure necessary customer/enquiry details were uploaded accurately and timely.
• Verify enquiry requirements and ensure accuracy and completion of the documents for SMEs & Projects Sales.
• Register general enquiries in Odoo through the helpdesk tickets and address them to concerned departments.
• Register customer contact information and other related documentation in Odoo for Finance verification and customer account approval.
• Prepare power factor letters, warranties, and proforma invoices for small projects, including sales quotations on Navision (for >10 units).
• Prepare hard copy technical submittals when needed.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and workflow across sales operations team members.
• Assist Sales Operations Manager/Supervisor in other related matters if required.
